Pinnacle Pavement Solutions is a veteran-owned pavement contractor based in Knoxville, Tennessee, serving customers across Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky. This policy explains how we handle information from people who visit our website, fill out our forms, call or email us, or respond to our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Information You Give Us
When you request a free estimate or contact us, you choose what to send. Our forms typically ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your city and state, or ZIP code
- The service you need (sealcoating, striping, asphalt, sports courts, roadway markings, epoxy floors, ADA compliance marking)
- Project details you type in, such as approximate size, timeline, or site notes
If you call us, text us, or email us directly, we have whatever you tell us in that conversation, including your phone number or email address. If you become a customer, we also keep the ordinary records a contractor keeps: site address, job scope, scheduling, quotes, and invoices.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some technical information on its own when you visit:
- Your IP address and general location (usually city or region level)
- Your browser and device type, screen size, and operating system
- Which pages you visit, when, how long you stay, and which site or ad sent you
- How you interact with a page — mouse movement, clicks, taps, and scrolling
That last item deserves a clear explanation, so it has its own section below.
Cookies, Analytics, and Session Recording
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies from a small number of outside companies. Here is what runs on this site and what each one does.
Microsoft Clarity — including session recording
This one matters most, so we are stating it plainly: we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that can record your visit. Clarity captures things like mouse movement, clicks and taps, scrolling, and how you move through the pages, and it combines visits into heatmaps and playbacks that we can watch later.
We use this to see where people get stuck or confused so we can fix the site — not to identify you personally. Clarity is operated by Microsoft, and the information it collects is processed under Microsoft's privacy practices. You can read them at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Please keep in mind that anything you type into a form field on our site could be captured by a recording tool before you ever press submit. Do not type sensitive information — such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers — into our website. We never ask for that information online, and we do not want it there. If you need to give us payment information, call us.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Every page of our site loads the Meta Pixel (ID 1008357298692246). It tells Meta that a browser viewed a page on our site. On our home page it also reports when someone clicks our phone number or email address, clicks a "free estimate" call to action, or submits an estimate form.
Meta uses this to measure whether our ads are working and to show our ads to people who have visited our site or who resemble our past customers. Meta may connect this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
Google Ads and Google Analytics
We use Google tags to measure our advertising. When someone submits an estimate request or clicks to call from our site, a conversion event is reported to Google so we can tell which ads and search terms actually produce work. Google also provides us with aggregate reports about site traffic, and may use this activity to measure our ads and to show our ads to you again on other sites and apps.
Google Fonts
Our pages load the Montserrat typeface from Google's font servers. Because your browser has to request the font file, Google receives your IP address when a page loads, even if you never click anything.
Embedded video
A few of our pages, such as the gallery and sports court pages, embed videos hosted on YouTube. When one of those pages loads, YouTube can set its own cookies and receive information about your visit. That is Google's technology operating under Google's terms, and it applies whether or not you press play.
What we do not do
Those are the tracking technologies we use. We do not run a cookie banner that hides extra tracking behind an "accept all" button, and we do not add trackers we have not described here. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and some of those ads use Meta's built-in lead forms (sometimes called Instant Forms), where you submit your information without leaving the app.
When you complete one of those forms, Meta passes what you entered — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and project details — directly to us, and we follow up the same way we would with any other estimate request. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, which we do not control.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and send you a quote or estimate
- To ask follow-up questions about your project, schedule a site visit, and perform the work
- To invoice you and keep normal business and tax records
- To answer questions and handle warranty or service issues
- To measure which ads, pages, and search terms bring in real customers, and to improve the website
- To occasionally let past customers know about a service that applies to them, such as re-striping or a sealcoat cycle
If you ask us for a quote, we will contact you about it. That means we may call, text, or email you at the phone number or address you gave us to discuss your project and follow up on your request. If you would rather we stop, tell us — reply STOP to a text, or just say so on the phone or by email — and we will stop. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact information to other contractors, lead brokers, or marketing lists.
We do share information with the outside companies that help us run the business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Formspree — the service that receives our website estimate forms and delivers them to our inbox
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising, conversion measurement, and lead forms, as described above
- Google — advertising, conversion measurement, analytics, and fonts
- Microsoft — Clarity analytics and session recording
- Our website host, email provider, and scheduling, estimating, and invoicing tools — the ordinary software a small contractor uses to run jobs and get paid
We may also share information when we are legally required to — for example, in response to a subpoena, a court order, or a government request — or when it is necessary to protect our rights, our crews, or the safety of others. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer as part of that sale.
How We Protect Information
Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use established service providers with their own security programs. We are a small business and we want to be straight with you: no website, email system, or company can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. That is another reason we ask you not to send sensitive financial or identity information through the website.
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our tax and legal obligations. When we no longer need them, we dispose of them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your Choices and How to Opt Out
In your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, block third-party scripts, and browse privately. Browser extensions that block trackers will generally stop the Meta Pixel, Google tags, and Microsoft Clarity from loading on our site. We have built the site so that blocking them should not stop you from browsing or requesting an estimate.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
You can review and change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your account settings at facebook.com/adpreferences, and in the Ad preferences section of Meta's Accounts Center.
Google ads and analytics
You can manage Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement, which describes Microsoft's practices and the choices it offers. You can stop Clarity from running on our site by blocking third-party scripts in your browser or by using a tracker-blocking extension. Note that blocking cookies alone will not stop the recording — the script has to be blocked.
Our calls, texts, and emails
Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link if one of our emails has one, or simply tell us by phone or email that you do not want to be contacted. We will honor it.
Seeing, Correcting, or Deleting Your Information
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. There is no form to fill out and no fee. Just contact us:

We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to ask a question or two to confirm we are talking to the right person before we change or delete anything. Some records — completed job files, invoices, and tax records — we may need to keep for legal and accounting reasons even after a deletion request; we will tell you if that applies.
Depending on where you live, your state may give you specific privacy rights. We honor these kinds of requests from anyone who asks, regardless of which state you are in.
Children's Privacy
Our services are sold to property owners and businesses, and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Sites
Our site and our ads may link to other websites, such as our social media pages or a review site. Once you leave pinnaclepave.com, that other company's privacy policy governs — not this one.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our business, our website, or our advertising changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If we ever make a change that significantly affects how we handle information we already have about you, we will make a reasonable effort to let affected customers know.
