From New Pavement to Full Repair

Whether you need a new parking lot, patch work on an existing surface, or pothole repairs that actually hold — we use quality materials and proven methods that last.

🏗 New Asphalt Installation

New parking lots, driveways, and access roads built from the ground up. We handle grading, base work, and paving — properly, so your pavement lasts for decades.

  • Site grading and base preparation
  • Proper stone base depth for load requirements
  • Commercial and residential new installations
  • Coordinated striping after paving

🔧 Asphalt Patching & Repair

Failing sections, alligator cracking, and sunken areas repaired properly — not just filled over. We cut out the damaged area, rebuild the base, and patch with new asphalt that bonds to the existing surface.

  • Saw-cut patches for clean, lasting edges
  • Base repair when underlying damage is found
  • Infrared patching for seamless blending
  • Utility cut repairs and restoration

🚫 Pothole Repair

Potholes are a liability — for vehicles, pedestrians, and your business. We repair them properly so they don't come back in 6 months like throw-and-roll patches from other contractors.

  • Properly excavated and compacted repairs
  • Hot mix asphalt for permanent results
  • Cold mix available for emergency temporary repairs
  • Multiple potholes patched in a single mobilization

♻ Full Depth Reclamation

When pavement is too far gone to patch economically, full depth reclamation grinds up the old asphalt and base, reprocesses it into a new base, and repaves over it — often at a fraction of full replacement cost.

  • Cost-effective alternative to full removal and replacement
  • Environmentally responsible — recycles existing material
  • Ideal for large lots with widespread failure
  • New surface paved immediately after reclamation
The Process

How We Approach Asphalt

01

Site Assessment

We evaluate your pavement condition, drainage, base stability, and identify the most cost-effective solution — whether that's patching, overlay, or full replacement.

02

Preparation

Proper base prep is everything in asphalt work. We grade, compact, and ensure drainage is correct before any paving begins — shortcuts here cause early failure.

03

Paving

Hot mix asphalt laid and compacted with professional equipment at the correct temperature and depth for long-term durability and a smooth, consistent surface.

04

Finish & Stripe

After sufficient cure time we coordinate sealcoating and striping so your new or repaired pavement is fully complete — sealed, lined, and ready to use.

Signs You Need Asphalt Work

Don't Wait Until It's Too Late

Small asphalt problems become expensive ones quickly. Early repair costs a fraction of replacement. Here's what to watch for.

🚫

Potholes

Once water gets into the base through a crack, potholes form quickly. They're also a liability for vehicles and pedestrians — fix them now, not later.

🫀

Alligator Cracking

Interconnected cracking that looks like alligator skin means your base is failing. Patching delays replacement; the sooner you address it, the less you spend.

💧

Drainage Problems

Standing water after rain accelerates asphalt deterioration dramatically. We identify and correct drainage issues as part of our repair process.

🔄

Fading and Raveling

When the surface turns gray and aggregate starts to loosen, it's time to seal or resurface before the damage goes deeper into the base.

FAQs

Common Questions

Should I patch or replace my parking lot?

If more than 30-40% of your lot has base failure, replacement is usually more cost-effective. We'll give you an honest assessment — not just recommend the most expensive option.

How long does new asphalt last?

20-30 years with proper maintenance — sealcoating every 2-3 years and prompt crack filling. Neglected asphalt may fail in 10-15 years.

How long before I can drive on new asphalt?

Typically 24-48 hours for light vehicle traffic, longer in hot weather. We'll give you a specific timeline based on conditions.

Do you work on concrete as well as asphalt?

We primarily work in asphalt but can stripe and seal concrete surfaces. For concrete repair and replacement, we'll refer you to the right specialist.

Can you patch just a few potholes?

Absolutely. We handle everything from single pothole repairs to full lot replacements. Minimum mobilization fees apply for small jobs — we'll be upfront about those in your estimate.
